Vidya signs two more MoUs for add-on courses
In order to equip students with the skills required for developing a successful career in a fast changing world, it is imperative that they should be taught skill sets in addition to those provided in the rigid curriculum. With this in mind, Vidya has been meticulously planning and conducting a set of add on courses for all students for the last several years. The courses are discipline specific and are graded based on the academic progress of students.
In the last week, Vidya signed MoUs with two more leading training institutes to arrange add-on courses to students in the S4 B Tech batches. Earlier Vidya had signed MoU’s with three training institutes (see earlier report below).
1. Manifold Institute of Technical Education
Vidya signed an MoU with “Manifold Institute Of Technical Education”, Thrissur, for conducting an add-on course on “Advanced Python Programming for Developing Competitive Coding Skills” under the auspices of the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) in Vidya. The signing ceremony was held in the Principal’s Cabin on 20 April 2022. The course includes 30 hours of classes and is targeted at the students of the S4 B Tech CSE classes.
2. BIMIT CAD and BIM Training Services
Vidya signed an MoU with BIMIT CAD and BIM Training Services, Ernakulam, for conducting an add-on course on “AUTODESK FUSION 360” under the Centre for Continuing Education in Vidya. The signing ceremony was held in the Principal’s cabin on 21 April 2022. The course is targeted at the students of the S4 B Tech ME classes and includes 30 hours.
