Physical Education Faculty Member deliveres talk on Yoga and health

Vidya Faculty Members emphasize the importance of yoga and health by conducting various activities and staying updated with current trends.

Ms Arundhathi Sasikumar (Asst Prof, Physical Education) delivered a talk on Yoga and health during the NSS Camp at Govt. vocational Higher Secondary School, Ayyanthole on 25 August 2024.

Ms Arundhathi is also serving as an Assistant Editor of the International Journal of Yoga, Physiotherapy and Physical Education which is one among the journals approved by UGC.
