Congratulations to Dr Dijesh P on a successful PhD defense

The Department of Computer Applications is proud to share the remarkable academic achievement of Mr. Dijesh P (Asso Prof, MCA), who successfully defended his PhD thesis on 11 April 2025 at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
His research, titled “A Deep Learning Based Solution for Detecting Online Payment Frauds in E-Commerce Transactions”, focuses on applying cutting-edge deep learning techniques to combat fraudulent activities in online transactions. Mr Dijesh pursued his doctoral studies under the guidance of Dr Suvanam Sasidhar Babu (Professor,Dept of Computer Science,Bharathiar University).
Following a successful defense, Mr. Dijesh P has been officially recommended for the award of the PhD degree by the examination board.
