The primary objective of the programme was to create awareness about the RailOne app and its features. The campaign aimed to inform passengers about services such as online ticket booking, platform ticket booking, train enquiry, and PNR status tracking. It also focused on educating passengers about the complaint registration system within the app and encouraging them to utilize these digital services for a more convenient travel experience.

He interacted with the NSS volunteers and provided a detailed explanation of the features and functionalities of the RailOne app. He highlighted how passengers can use the application to access railway services, lodge complaints, and seek assistance from railway authorities. This session enabled the volunteers to gain a clear understanding of the app, equipping them to guide passengers effectively.

During the campaign, NSS volunteers visited various platforms at the railway station and interacted directly with passengers. They explained the importance and benefits of the RailOne application and provided hands-on guidance. The volunteers demonstrated how to download and install the app, book train and platform tickets, check train schedules and PNR status, and register and track complaints.

The campaign received a highly positive response from passengers. Many showed keen interest in learning about the application and appreciated the efforts of the NSS volunteers. Several passengers installed the app on their mobile phones during the interaction and expressed their willingness to use it for future travel assistance.
