VSEC conducts “Master Your Mind – Unlock Your Potential : Maximize Your Performance”

Vidya Social Empowerment Center (VSEC), a unit of the Vidya International Charitable Trust (VICT), successfully organized the “Master Your Mind – Unlock Your Potential • Maximize Your Performance” programme on 09 June 2026 at 7.00 PM through an online platform. The programme was conducted as part of the VSEC Empowerment Series 2026 exclusively for VSEC Scholarship Students, with the objective of enhancing students’ self-confidence, mental resilience, personal effectiveness, and overall academic performance.

The programme commenced with a Silent Prayer at 7.00 PM, creating a positive and reflective atmosphere for the session.

The Programme Introduction was delivered by Gayathri, Student Volunteer, VSEC, who welcomed the participants and briefly explained the purpose of the programme. She highlighted the importance of developing a positive mindset, self-belief, and emotional resilience in achieving personal and academic success.

The Welcome Address and Introduction of the Resource Person were delivered by Gayathri P., Student Volunteer, VSEC. She warmly welcomed the participants and introduced the resource person, Ms. Salkala K. S. (Asst Prof – Sr Grade,MCA)  acknowledging her academic expertise and dedication to student development.

The Expert Talk was delivered by Ms. Salkala K. S., who presented an inspiring and insightful session on personal growth, self-confidence, and performance enhancement. She emphasized the importance of recognizing one’s potential, cultivating a positive attitude, managing stress effectively, and maintaining focus on personal goals. Through practical examples and motivational insights, she encouraged students to unlock their inner strengths and strive for excellence in both their academic and personal lives.

The session also focused on practical techniques for improving self-discipline, decision-making, and effective goal setting. Students were motivated to develop a growth mindset and adopt positive habits that contribute to long-term success, resilience, and overall well-being.

An interactive Student Interaction Session (Q&A) followed the expert talk. Students actively participated by asking thoughtful questions and sharing their perspectives on personal development, confidence building, and academic challenges. The discussion provided valuable clarification and encouraged meaningful reflection among the participants.

The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Aswathy E. R.(Asst Prof,AIML Dept) who expressed sincere gratitude to the resource person, VSEC leadership, coordinators, volunteers, and participants for their valuable support and enthusiastic participation.
