Ms Rini K R, Placement Officer, equips herself to face challenges of the future

Ms. Rini K R, Placement Officer, has successfully completed a course on Human Resources Development conducted by IIT Kharagpur, as part of the NPTEL Online Certification programme. The focus of the course was on imparting knowledge in the areas of HR Process Models, Employee Performance Management, HRD Interventions, Employee Counseling, Competency Framework, Career Planning and Management, Ethics, and Organizational Learning.
