NSS units conduct health survey at Kokkala, Thrissur

 The NSS units of Vidya, in collaboration with Thrissur Municipal Corporation, conducted a health survey on 25th and 27th June 2018 at Kokkala, Koorkenchery.  The NSS volunteers were divided into groups and conducted the survey at Thrissur Municipal Corporation Wards 39 and 40 of Kokkala area. The volunteers collected information about fresh water availability, waste management, mosquito menace etc.  and handed over the data to the Health Inspector of Thrissur Municipal Corporation. The volunteers also spread awareness among the people on how to prevent the monsoon season diseases and the need to eliminate mosquito breeding sites.
