The CSE Dept of the College organised a six-day Short Term Training Program (STTP) on “Discrete Computational Structures” during 28 June – 4 July 2018. The STTP was aimed at providing a basic understanding of the discrete structures which are essential for studying and describing concepts in computer science such as automata theory, computer algorithms, programming languages, cryptography and software development. The syllabus for the program was based on the syllabus for a course with the same title offered in the Third Semester of B Tech (CSE) curriculum of APJAKTU. The programme was targeted at faculty members from AICTE approved engineering colleges across Kerala.
The inaugural ceremony of the Programme was held on 28 June 2018 at 9.30 am at Advanced Computer Lab. Dr Ramani Bai V (HoD, CSE Dept) gave the welcome address.
