Vertical Eye training for Vidya students begins!

Vertical Eye is an individual development and training foundation based at Nilgiris. They specialize in consulting, counseling, soft skill development and management training services. The Vertical Eye calles the soft skill development program developed by them the “mPower Programme”.

For the last several years Vidya has been utilising the services of Vertical Eye to provide soft skill training to Vidya’s students. This academic year, the training is being given to all B Tech/MCA students who pass out in 2021. Each batch of students undergoes the training for a period of three days and there altogether 12 batches of students passing out in 2021 and thus the entire training is a long drawn out process. The first batch of students to undergo the training this year was the CSE-A batch and the training to them was imparted during 5 – 7 August 2019. The entire programme has been scheduled to end with the MCA batch undergoing the traing during 31 October – 2 November 2019. It is however feared that the unprecedented foods that have ravaged Kerala may require some rescheduling of the various sessions.
