Image of Vidya student in a COVID 19 photo-tribute goes viral

It was a tribute to the selfless services and sacrifices of the thousands of nurses, doctors, paramedics, health workers, volunteers and all others who are braving the odds to fight and to defeat the dreaded COVID 19 pandemic. It is the image of a sculptor creating an image of a nurse in the likeness of an image of a goddess! It was Malavika Mohan, a final year MCA student of Vidya, who lent her charm to create the perfect image of a nurse in the image of a goddess!! Malavika, an accomplished classical dancer trained under the tutelage of Mr Anand E T (TI, EEE Dept), was a Kalathilakam of Calicut University.
