IEDC conducts webinar on new age employability skills

IEDC (VAST) organized a webinar on “New Age Employability Skills” on 3 January 2020 for the benefit of IEDC members. The keynote speaker of the webinar was Ms Anooja Bashir, Founder and CEO – Ourea and CMO Flexicloud, who is an entrepreneur, brand strategist, marketing consultant, and a corporate trainer. She spoke about why the students should acquire various skills and become confident and job ready since the corporate world worked way different than what the students might have studied in theory. She stressed more on how the students should have practiced what they had studied. Apart from the formal talk, the speaker gave some tips on the skills students must try to acquire like WordPress development , graphical designing, Android development, digital marketing etc.
