Vidya Academy students from the 2022 pass out batch have grabbed top offers with leading companies. With the results coming in after this week’s online recruitment process the students have bagged placements with leading companies including L&T Technology Services, Think & Learn Byju’s, Capgemini, and Hexaware Technologies.

The new trend is that companies are offering internships for the placed students. This is seen as a quicker way to onboard the candidates into the organization. This year, L&T Technology Services is offering a paid internship to all the selected candidates. A student who does a good internship has a better change of getting a top placement. In fact, AICTE and the leading universities are promoting internships in a big way.
