Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

A seminar on IPR was organized by the Department of Electronics & Engineering in association with IPR CELL,IEDC, IQAC VAST  on February 18, 2022 at 1.00 pm. Ms Surabhi M S Asst. Librarian VAST was the resource person. She gave a brief introduction on IPR and explained the various related terms such as copyrights, patents etc. Introduction Intellectual property is a category of property that includes intangible creations of the human intellect, and primarily encompasses copyrights, patents, and trademarks. The Resource Person  gave a wonderful class on IPR and shared some experiences with the participants which was taken warmly by them. The class was a motivating experience for them and was concluded by 4.00 pm and vote of thanks was given by Ms. Fetsy K Francis Asst. Professor ECE department. Overall 25 Participants attended the seminar.
