Webinar on Essentials of Research Methodology

The Webinar on Essentials of Research Methodology  was organized by the Department of Computer Applications,  in association with VRC cell VAST on 14/02/2023 at 10.00 am. The Resource person was Mr Sajay K R, Asso Prof, MCA, VAST.

The workshop on Understanding Research Methodologies aimed to help participants grasp the basics of how research is conducted. It covered various key aspects such as the types of research, data collection methods, and analysis techniques.

The session aimed to equip participants, comprising both faculty members and MCA students, with a fundamental comprehension of research methodology for their course. It commenced by underlining the significance of research methodology in steering the research endeavor and upholding the credibility and dependability of outcomes. The facilitator elucidated the essential constituents of research methodology, encompassing research design, methodologies for data collection, techniques for sampling, and methods for data analysis. The webinar attracted approximately 36 attendees. It came to an end at 12:30 pm.
