CSE Dept extends a stellar welcome to 2023-27 batch students in all its splendor

Amidst an air of anticipation and excitement, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) heralded a new chapter in the academic journey of the first-year students on 20 September 2023. The atmosphere was aglow with the sense of unity and warm welcome as the CSE Association orchestrated a heartwarming welcome.

The inaugural session commenced with a captivating address by Dr Ramani Bai (HoD, CSE Dept) who, along with the dedicated Group Tutors, extended their insightful wisdom to the eager minds. Their words, laden with encouragement and vision, set the stage for the promising days ahead. The Head of the Dept announced and introduced the association members to the newcomers.

The senior students, the torchbearers of CSE’s illustrious history, wove a tapestry of anecdotes, revealing the legacy that each fresher was now a part of. Their narratives resonated, instilling a sense of belonging and confidence in the newcomers. The torch of knowledge and unity, passed from one generation to the next, illuminated the path forward.

In a gesture of warm embrace, each fresher was presented with a personalized token – a card, bearing the emblem of the department, a sticker that symbolized unity, a notebook for the stories yet to be written, and a brochure showcasing the remarkable achievements of CSE.
