Dean-Academics shares her prestigious stints in shaping the younger minds in an interview on YouTube channel ‘Ones Coaching.’

A good teacher can transform the trajectory of students’ life. Dr Sudha Balagopalan (Dean-Academics) who consider teaching as a profoundly fulfilling and significant career that goes beyond simply imparting knowledge to student stands a perfect example for the above statement . In this interview, Dr Sudha reminisced her graduation from Regional Engineering College, Calicut and placement at a top position in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre from where she even received the Bhabha award. With much proud she added her experiences in the Reactor Control Division, a division where women are rarely recruited.

The importance giving space for to themselves and the opportunities to reach greater heights were well explained with her career as an Engineer in KSEB, teaching career that started with guest lecturer at Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Ph.D experinces etc. She also mentioned about creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for fostersing optimal learning.

Dr Sudha shared the pretty elongated, with many hindrance journey to the honest venture ‘ROOTS’ scholarship scheme, instituted by the Alumni of the EEE Dept under her the intense guidance to nurture gifted and deserving students for a great future.
