NSS conducts Breast Cancer Awareness Session
With an objective to raise the awareness among students preventing Breast Cancer, the importance of early detection, prevention, treatments and thereby remove the stigma and fear attached., the NSS units of Vidya conducted a Breast Cancer Awareness Session on 16 February 2024 in collaboration with Medicon | Medical College, Thrissur.The session was well conducted by the medical students Dr Sreelakshmi Varma, Dr Sreebhadra S Sankar and Dr Hana Muhammad. The breast cancer awareness session was well-received, with active participation from attendees
The programme was co-ordinated by Ms Vandana M (NSS Programme Officer and Asst Prof, ECE Dept) and Ms Delmy Varghese (NSS Programme Officer and Asst Prof, CSE Dept).
