EEE HoD successfully completes NPTEL online certification course with Elite status

Vidya faculty members  enhance knowledge and understanding in the areas of technology transfer, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, and innovation management through attending various professional development and certification courses.

Dr. Mary P. Varghese (Prof, HoD, EEE Dept) has successfully completed the prestigious NPTEL online certification course titled “Technology Transfer through Joint Venture” conducted during the Jan-Feb 2026 session.

The course, offered under the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) initiative funded by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, was a 4-week programme designed to provide insights into technology transfer mechanisms, strategic collaborations, and innovation management through joint ventures.

Dr. Mary P. Varghese secured an impressive consolidated score of 82%, achieving full marks in online assignments (25/25) and scoring 57/75 in the proctored examination. The certification was awarded with the prestigious Elite recognition.

This achievement reflects her continuous commitment towards academic excellence, professional development, and enhancing knowledge in emerging technological and management domains.
