B Tech (CSE) student selected for FOSSEE summer fellowship at IIT Bombay

Abdulla Anas A, S6 B Tech S6 (CSE A) batch, has been selected for FOSSEE summer fellowship at  IIT Bombay during the period  20 May – 06 July 2018.  Any UG/PG/PhD student is generally eligible to apply for the fellowship. Total number of fellowships available is only 60. The selection procedure is based on the performance of the screening level tasks.

FOSSEE (Free and Open Source Software in Education) is a project of IIT Bombay to promote the use of FOSS tools to improve the quality of education in our country. The aim to reduce dependency on proprietary software in educational institutions. The FOSSEE project is part of the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Government of India.
