NSS volunteers render their service in cleaning the Police Station

To ensure a healthy mind and physique, NSS volunteers conduct cleanliness drive in different places. This time the volunteers cleaned Chavakad Police Station. The program was inaugurated by Mr Vijith (Sub-Inspector Chavakad Police Station).

An orientation class was delivered  by Mr Vijith. He  gave a description about how the youth influence the  society. He explained about the ways in which the youth can change the society. Ms Sowthamini (Civil Police Officer) guided the volunteers in cleaning. Volunteers cleared the grass and removed the waste near the Police Station. Tools and Refreshments were provided for the volunteers by the Police Station officials.
