EEE Dept organizes Alumni Interaction Session
The Dept of EEE considers alumni as valued ambassadors to share knowledge and build strong relationship between the students and EEE staff members of EEE. ‘ROOTS’, a comprehensive scholarship scheme established by the alumni of EEE Dept which was formed with the aim of nurturing talented and deserving students by helping them financially, academically and professionally for a better future is one of the gentle gesture towards this mission.
With an aim to underscore the importance of internships, placements, and utilizing college life to the fullest, the Dept of EEE conducted an alumni interaction session highlighting the opportunities in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering field on 31 December 2024. Mr. Manu Mohan C M (Silicon Validation Engineer at Cadence Design System, Bangalore, 2019 – 2023 batch, EEE Dept.)
Mr Manu suggested various technical courses to the final year and pre-final year students which will help them to build a good career with an attractive pay-scale. He shared his experiences during his college days and explained about the courses that he selected to build his successful career path. He also added his industrial experiences and enlightened the current needs of Electronics industries.
His session was highly informative and a great motivation for the Electrical and Electronics Engineering students. His talk inspired them to explore diverse opportunities in the Electrical and Electronics field. It helped them to understand about various certified technical courses which can be done along with their regular studies. Ms Sheeja G ( AVA Executive Member, Asst Prof, EEE Dept) and Ms. Akhila R (Asst Prof, EEE Dept) spoke on the occasion with appreciation note to Mr Manu. A memento was handed over to Mr Manu as a toknen appreciation and warmth .
