Vidya Alumnus Mr. Manu T S brings pride to the global stage, powering India to a Silver Medal victory in the Men’s 4x400m Relay 2025 at Gumi, South Korea

An international triumph that fills the Vidya fraternity with pride. The Indian team, featuring a proud Vidya alumnus, delivered a stellar performance to clinch the silver medal on the world stage.

As a key participant in one of the most prestigious global relay events Mr Manu T S (2020-24 Batch,ME Dept) marked a significant milestone in his athletic career and adding another shining feather to Vidya’s cap.

Mr Manu represented India as part of the Men’s 4x400m Relay Team in the Asian Athletics Championship Final, held on 29 May 2025 in Gumi, South Korea. In a thrilling and closely contested race, the Indian team — which included Manu T S — finished just behind Qatar to clinch the silver medal, clocking an impressive 3:03.67 seconds, their best performance to date.
