Sumesh speaks
Vidya Engineering College will always be home to where my journey in dance truly began. As a proud alumnus of the 2010–14 Production Engineering batch, I owe so much to this campus—not to one person or department, but to my batchmates, friends across departments, seniors, junior and teachers who believed in me and stood by me.
Vidya gave me more than an engineering degree; it gave me confidence, lifelong friendships, the freedom to explore, and a space where my passion was respected. As I receive the Kerala State Film Award today, a significant part of this achievement belongs to Vidya and everyone who supported me during those formative years.
To the students here now—embrace your college life fully. Learn, explore, fail, grow, and uplift one another. You never know where the journey may lead
The Editorial Team of News & Events joins the entire Vidya fraternity in extending heartiest congratulations to Mr Sumesh on tbhis much laudable feat as he continues to redefine excellence through his art, and wishes him boundless creativity, continued success, and many more accolades in the years ahead !!!
