A Transformative industrial visit experience for CSE B batch Students

Vidya provides students with practical exposure to real-world web development technologies and industry practices through an industrial session.

The industrial visit for CSE was a well-organized program that combined academic learning with recreational experiences, conducted from 08–14 February 2026. The visit began with an insightful industrial session at Luminar Technolab, Thrissur, where students gained practical exposure to web development concepts, tools, and real-world applications, including front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. The hands-on demonstrations and expert interactions helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry practices while also providing valuable career guidance.

Following the industrial visit, the students proceeded on an educational tour covering Chikmagaluru, Dandeli, and Goa. The journey included sightseeing at scenic locations such as Seethalayyanagiri, Baba Budangiri, Hannamma Falls, and Z Point in Chikmagaluru, along with adventure activities like trekking. In Dandeli, students experienced water sports such as kayaking, rafting, and water zorbing, along with recreational camp activities including rain dance and campfire, making it a memorable adventure-filled experience.

The tour continued to Goa, where students visited popular beaches like Baga and Calangute, enjoyed leisure time, and later explored Fort Aguada and Sinquerim Beach while also shopping for local specialties. Overall, the industrial visit and tour provided a perfect balance of technical learning and relaxation, enhancing students’ practical knowledge, teamwork, and interpersonal skills while creating lasting memories.
