Presiding over the function was Mr. Gireesh Kumar Malattiri (Chairman,VICT), presided over the function and initiated the invocation and guiding the ceremonial proceedings. He strongly advised the graduating class to prioritize rich domain exposure over merely chasing a higher initial salary, explaining that meaningful early experience compounds into massive long-term value.Highlighting a powerful real-world metric, Sir Sohan Roy noted that structured college environments provide only about 20% of a student’s lifelong learning, while the vital remaining 80% is forged outside through real-world work. He challenged the graduates to actively pursue that external 80% to truly prepare for the corporate world. His pragmatic advice resonated deeply across the student community, serving as the perfect roadmap for their transition into professional life. |
