Talent Fest by Upasana, Students Trainers’ Club of the College

Upasana­­­, a Students’ Trainers Club of the College, organised a Talent Fest-2017 for for the newly admitted B Tech students of the College on 25 August 2017 at 1.00 PM in the Main Seminar Hall. As many as 250 newly admitted students participated in the event. Upasana is a student group coming under Sameeskha which is a Trainers’ Club of the faculty and staff of the College. The clubs are functioning under the overall guidance of Dr, Latha Raj, Director, Students’ Welfare and Social Projects.

Mr. Alex Chacko, Asst. Prof of ME,  welcomed the participants and special invitees to the session. Er. G Mohanachandran, Executive Director, VICT, delivered the inaugural address and inaugurated the session. A special address was given by Chief Patron of VICT, Er. P K Asokan.

After the official activities, the participating students presented a variety of cultural programmes like solo song, mimicry, mono-act, instrumental music etc. The programme came to an end with a Vote of Thanks by Mr Kasyap, S5 B Tech (ME-A), Joint Secretary, Upasana.
