ME Dept inaugurates Dept Association and releases Dept magazine

The activities of the Mechanical Engineering Association (MEA) of the College for the academic year 2019-20 were inaugurated in a programme held on 04 February 2020 at the Pranavam Auditorium.

The guest of honour for the function was Er Anand Suresh, MD, Heritage Motors, Thrissur, Mechanical Engineer and alumnus of the college. The Principal Dr Saji C B presided over the function. The presence of Administration & Finance Director Mr Suresh Lal, Dean Academics Dr Sudha Balagopal, Magazine Editor Mr Hareesh K (AP, ME Dept), the MEA faculty in-charge Dr Rakesh Hari, Head of Dept Dr N Ramachandran, the faculty members, staff and students made the function a great success. Dr Ramachandran delivered the welcome address followed by the presidential address by the Principal. Mr Hareesh K introduced the Chief Guest. Mr Suresh Lal and Dr Sudha Balagopalan gave felicitations. Dr Rakesh Hari introduced the elected seven-member Association Executive Committee. The program ended with a host of cultural programs organized by the students of the Department.
