Librarian attends course on Library Management and Infrastructure

With an aim to acquire comprehensive knowledge on Library Management, Mr Girishkumar P C (Librarian) completed a course on “Library Management and Infrastructure” offered by Alison EMPOWER YOURSELF (https://alison.com/courses).

The course provided an overview of library science, focusing on emerging technological trends and efficient management practices. The course began by introducing core organizational principles of library and information science, emphasizing the importance of structure, specialization, coordination, and human resources function within libraries.
