Skill Development Centre of Vidya condutcs skill development programme in Nenmanikara village

The nascent Skill Development Centre of Vidya organised a skill development programme in MKMC UP School in Nenmanikara Village in Thrissur District on 24 February 2019. The training was for the making of LED bulbs, LED tubelights and LED T-Bulbs. The classes were conducted by the staff and students of Skill Development Centre of Vidya.

The programme,  presided over by Sri V R Suresh, Nenmanikara Grama Panchayath Member, was inaugurated by Shri V K Raju, Assistant Commissioner, Thrissur City Police. Smt Rejitha Vijayan, Panchayath Member, Er G Mohanachandran, Executive Director, Sri M I Raveendran, VICT Trustee, Sri Ramesh C R, Programme Coordinator, Sri Pramod I P, PTA President, Sri Arun Lohithakshan (AP, ME Dept) and Smt Sindhu Menon, Head-Mistress, attended the function.

The programme was conducted in the school classrooms after dividing the  participants into groups. The programme was attended by around hundred school students and Kudumbasree workers.
