Vidya continues to get accolades with Best Faculty Chapter of ISTE Kerala Section
The ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education) Faculty Chapter of Vidya embodies the spirit of the ISTE Standards to renovate learning, training and leading throughout the years since its inception. Vidya ISTE Faculty chapter has been identified as the Best Faculty Chapter of ISTE Kerala Section on the basis of exemplary activities carried out during the year 2021-22.Vidya ISTE Chapter stands among the crowd with 10 prestigious awards as Best Faculty Chapter of ISTE Kerala for the past few years.
Ms Ponsy Paul (Faculty Advisor, Vidya ISTE Chapter and Asst Prof, CE Dept) and Ms Nisha Varghese (Asst Prof, CE Dept) received the award during the inaugural function of 33rd Annual State Faculty Convention of ISTE Kerala Section and National Seminar held at Malabar Polytechnic Campus, Cherpulassery on 25 February 2023.
The activities of ISTE in Vidya are led by Ms Ponsy Paul (Faculty Advisor, Vidya ISTE Chapter and Asst Prof, CE Dept) and Mr Anil M (Student Chapter Advisor, Asst Prof, ECE Dept) under the guidance of Dr Sudha Balagopalan (Chairman, Vidya ISTE Chapter and Dean-Academics) and Prof K V Leela (Secretary, Vidya ISTE Chapter).
