Career Guidance Session

A career guidance session for the students of post graduate MCA course was held for the final year students on Wednesday, March 08, 2023. Mr Paul Chakola welcomed the gathering and introduced the resource person the audience. The session was handled by Ms Anisha V R (Senior Associate Trainer with Pragmatix Learning Resources). Ms. Anisha is a graduate from NUALS, Kochi, a prestigious institute of national importance.

She spoke to the students about the importance of taking initiative to go out and grab placement offers in the post covid economy. An overview of the recruitment process few years was shared with the students and then she explained the changes which has happened and how the selection process is happening now. She told about how technology is used to filter resumes and therefore the need to shore up both soft and technical skills.

The one hour interactive workshop was organized at the MCA Lab at 10 am and concluded with a vote of thanks which was proposed by the final year MCA student Mr Akshay B Nair.
