| Each year throughout Onam, the streets of Thrissur appear alive with unique display, attracting spectators from all over Kerala and beyond Typically, on the day of Atham every year, the Sayahna Souhruda Koottayma, an informal gathering, makes an enormous floral arrangement at the Thekke Gopura Nada, Thrissur . But this year, in the wake of the Wayanad landslides, a smaller design was chosen as a spot of respect for those who lost their lives in the tragedy. |
