VSEC organizes Session on “How to Protect Our Children in this Digital World” for parents
Children are entering the digital world at a pace like we have never experienced before. With an aim to provide possible solutions for training and support to be safe online., a session on “How to Protect Our Children in this Digital World” was conducted to the parents on 23 November 2024 under the auspices of Vidya Social Empowerment Center (VSEC).
The session was efficiently handled by Dr Sajay K R (Asso Prof, CSE Dept) . The session was co-ordinated by Ms Salkala K S, (Asst Prof, MCA). Dr. Siju K C, (Head of VSEC, Asso Prof, AS Dept) introduced the speaker and welcomed the participants.
The session witnessed active participation from 25 parents, who greatly appreciated the practical advice and insights provided on digital safety for children. Parents expressed their gratitude for the initiative, which addressed critical concerns about navigating the challenges of the digital era.
The event concluded with a warm note of thanks to the parents for their enthusiastic participation and for supporting the Vidya Social Empowerment Center’s efforts to empower both students and their families.
