CSE Dept organizes Alumni talk on “Bridging the Gap””
The Dept of CSE has been organizing several interactive sessions with an aim to to provide an insight about the learning experiences of the alumni. An insightful alumni talk titled “Bridging the Gap: Insights on How to Prepare for the Transition from Student Life to Professional World” was conducted on 10 March 25
The session aimed to equip students with essential knowledge and strategies to smoothly transition from academic life to the professional world. It was attended by first year CSE students, The session was handled by Mr Appu K (Associate AI Engineer,Litmus 7 ,Kochi, 2020-2024 Batch, CSE Dept) and Mr lgnatius Nobel (Full Stack Developer American Inference,USA, 2020-2024 Batch, CSE Dept)
The session began with a warm welcome from Ms Mrithu.A.S (Asst.Prof, CSE Dept) followed by a short introduction of resource persons. The session covered essential topics such as professional networking, workplace adaptability, career planning, and skill development. The speakers emphasized the importance of soft skills, continuous learning, and proactive career strategies. Dr.Sunitha C (Principal and HoD, CSE Dept) delivered a talk about the importance of this session during the session
The event concluded with a networking session, providing attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers. Students expressed appreciation for the valuable guidance, leaving them more confident and prepared for their professional journey ahead.
