Himma International Academy Team talks to CE students

The CE Dept of the College conducted a career guidance programme on 16 May 2018 in the Civil Seminar Hall, in association with Himma International Academy which promotes the skills and attitudes that are needed to start working as a professional engineer. The programme, with a broad theme titled “Empowering students to build sustainable cities”, was intended to provide a smoother transition to industry for the students passing out from the CE Dept. The participating students actively involved in the deliberations with good interaction. The resource persons were Mr Bharath Palagudu (Transportation Planning Specialist, Abu Dhabi, and an alumnus of IIT Madras), Mr Pradeep Kayani (Infrastructure Design Expert, Abu Dhabi, and an alumnus of GEC Thrissur), Mr Jagadish Metla (City & Urban Planning Specialist, Abu Dhabi, and an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur).
