Vidya’s ME students learn about services offered by Indian Railways
Students of Vidya had a great experience when they made aware about the various specialties of the Indian Railways and also about the services made available to the public. This was part of the seminar organised by the ME Dept of the College for eighth semester B Tech students who had opted for Total Quality Management which is an elective paper of the Kerala Technological University curriculum.
The session was lead by Shri Prasoon S Kumar, Southern Railway Thrissur Chief Commercial Inspector. He discussed about the various initiatives taken to ensure the quality of services to Railway passengers. Students had a great experience as they were able to correlate the discussion to various topics in the syllabus. The session was supported by the presence of Dr Saji C B, Principal, and Dr N Ramachandran (Prof and Head, ME Dept). The session was organised by Assistant Professors Dr Ramadas, Mr Arun Lohithakshan, Mr Rahul V R and Mr Prasanth A B.
