Vidya signs MoU with National Highway Authority of India (NHAI)

Vidya and National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 8 August 2020 in the Principal’s chamber. Dr Saji C B, Principal, signed the document on behalf of the College and handed over to Mr Arjun Benoi, Site Engineer, NHAI PIU, Palakkad in the presence of Dr C Justine Jose (Prof and Head, CE Dept).

Under the agreement NHAI shall facilitate the faculty, researchers and students of Vidya to familiarize with the latest trends in the highway/transportation sector with a common objective of sharing the knowledge in their respective domains. This will, in one hand, help to bridge the industry-institution gap and familiarize students with the latest trends in industry and on the other hand will help the research output of Vidya to be suitably adopted by NHAI.
