CSE Dept organises bootcamp for first year B Tech Students

The CSE Dept. organised a bootcamp on the theme “An introduction to AI and opportunities @ Vidya” for the first year students on 9 September 2020. Dr Ramani Bai V (Prof and Head, CSE Dept) interacted with the students. She gave an overview about Artificial Intelligence and the associated technologies. She gave insights about VCAIR (Vidya Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Research) and Leadingindia.ai through which students could grow in the area of AI. More than 55 students participated in the bootcamp and gave good feedback. Krishnapriya U P (S8 B Tech CSE A, 2016 admissions batch student) shared her experience being a student in Vidya and the opportunities offered to students by the Dept and College. Mr Amal Ganesh (Group Tutor of first year B Tech CSE students) welcomed the participants and proposed the vote of thanks.
