“Agneya 2K21”: ECE Dept’s virtual cultural fete with 50+ items

The ECE Dept of Vidya hosted an online cultural fest, Agneya ’21, on 26 May 2021. As many as six online contests were organized as part of the fest:

1. Pes Tournament
2. Photo Collage
3. Memories at Vidya Photo contest
4. Dubsmash
5. Don’t Rush Challenge
6. Quiz

Also, as many as ten offstage events were also organised. In addition, 40+ cultural items were presented on the day of event in Zoom platform.

The program started at 10:00 am with prayer. Dr Swapna Kumar (Prof and Head, ECE Dept) officially inaugurated the event. This was followed by a program overview by Ms Honey Mol PK, Program Convener. The winners of the offline events and the online contests were announced at the end. Program came to an end by 12:15pm with a vote of thanks byAmal Krishna S, student coordinator.

Principal Dr Saji C B and Dean Academics Dr Sudha Balagopal also joined the online event and encouraged the participants.
