MCA Dept begins ViCA activities for the current year with immense fervor and zeal

Vidya Computer Application Association (ViCA) serves as pillar in nurturing and betterment of every student for discovering their talents and skills through various academic and non-academic activities. Several programs including training / seminars/ workshops have been initiated to improve the practical skill of students under the auspices of ViCA.With special socially dedicated activities,ViCA also develops a sense of societal responsibility among younger minds.

The inauguration ViCA during the current academic year was held in the College Auditorium on 31 March 2023. As part of the formal ceremonies, Glitty (S4, MCA Dept) and Apsara Praveen (S4, MCA Dept) rendered the invocation. Mr Manesh D (Asst Prof, MCA) welcomed the gathering. The formal session was presided over by Dr Reji C Joy (Head, MCA Dept). Dr Saji C B (Principal) in his absence, gave his warm wishes for the activities of ViCA. Dr Reji C Joy inaugurated the event  by lighting a traditional lamp.

Anusa R (S4, MCA Dept) presented a report of ViCA activities of the previous academic year. After the oath-taking ceremony by the newly elected office bearers of ViCA,  Akshay B Nair (Secretary, S4, MCA) presented an outline of the activities planned for the academic year 2022 – 23. The formal session concluded with a vote of thanks by Fahana Abdul Vahab (S2, MCA).The programme was well anchored by Ms Divena Maria (S2, MCA).The formal inauguration session was followed by cultural programmes of MCA students.
