NSS volunteers undertake cleanliness campaign at Wadakkanchery Railway Station

To provide  a boost to the ‘SwachhtaPakhwar’  Campaign 2022, NSS volunteers of Vidya, organised a cleanliness drive in Wadakkanchery Railway Station.The program was inaugurated by Ms Dhanya (Station Master of  Wadakkanchery Railway Station).

Volunteers recited NSS  ‘Manavageetham’  and a pledge was taken by the volunteers under Swachhta Pakhwara Campaign with the message that they will keep their society and neighbourhood clean. Volunteers removed the waste materials and cleared the grass from the parking and entrance of the Railway Station.

Tools and Refreshments were provided for the volunteers by the Station officials. Fifteen  volunteers participated in the program under the guidance of NSS Programme Officer  Mr Rajesh S K (Asso Prof, EEE Dept) .
