CE faculty member and students present paper at the National Conference on Innovations in Civil Engineering
The Department of Civil Engineering (CE) continues its commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, research, and academic excellence by bringing together students, researchers, academicians and industry experts to share knowledge and ideas.
The CE Dept is pleased to inform that the final year B.Tech project team comprising Nishana K S (S8, CE Dept), Lakshmipriya K V (S8, CE Dept), Indeevara P S (S8, CE Dept) and A S Poojalakshmi (S8, CE Dept) under the guidance of Ms Ardra P Nair (Asst Prof, CE Dept) successfully presented a research paper titled “Strengthening of Concrete Beam Using Rice Husk Ash and Glass Powder” at the National Conference on Innovations in Civil Engineering 2025 (NCICE 2025). The conference was hosted by the Department of Civil Engineering, Christ College of Engineering, Irinjalakuda, on 21 March 2025.
The paper has been recommended for publication in the conference proceedings with an ISBN, highlighting the project’s relevance to sustainable materials and innovative structural enhancement techniques.
