Indian Navy officers visit Vidya for recruitment under University Entry Scheme

The initial screening process of the Indian Navy University Entry Scheme (UES) 2020 was held at the campus of Vidya on 19 August 2019. As many as 84 eligible and interested students from 13 nearby engineering colleges participated in the selection process. The Indian Navy recruitment team was lead by Commander Anil Varghese and Lt Commander Madan Kumar. Short listed candidates would be directly intimated by Indian Navy for participating in the further stages of the selection process.

The selected candidates will enter the Indian Navy’s service as Short Service Commission (SSC) officers in Executive (IT) and Technical Branches of the Indian Navy under University Entry Scheme (UES), for course commencing June 2020.
