ISO certification: Auditor Training Course – QMS 9001:2015 conducted

Bureau Veritas is the company which has certified Vidya’s compliance with ISO standards.

The Management Representative Team of the ISO certification process in Vidya, jointly with the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), organised a training programme christened “Auditor Training Course – QMS 9001:2015” for the ISO Auditors of the College on 26 November 2021 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. The programme started with a silent prayer. Ms Divya Unni (Assistant Management Representative and AP, ECE dept) welcomed the gathering. Dr Saji C B, Principal, delivered the Presidential Address. Dr Mary Varghese (former Management Representative and HoD (in-charge), EEE Dept) gave introductory remarks. Dr Abhilasha P S (Management Representative, and Associate Professor, CE Dept) presented the details of the ISO 9001:2015 Certification-related processes and the Clauses in the Guidelines for auditing under QMS 9001:2015. After taking feedback from participants, a training assessment was also carried out by conducting a test.
