VSEC conducts empowerment session at SOS Village

Vidya Social Empowerment Center (VSEC), a unit of Vidya International Charitable Trust has been contributing to the holistic development of the society by empowering the pillars categorised as children, parents, youth and teachers. As a continuum, a session was held at SOS Village Mulayam on 24 June 2023.

Empowerment sessions were handled by Mr Alex Chacko (Asst Prof ,ME Dept ,VSEC Member)  with student volunteers, Akhila M (S6, ECE A Dept ) and Adithyan Venugopal (S2, ME Dept).

Mr Aklex Chacko handled the session on Life skill for students from 8^th to 12^th  standard at SOS children’s  village. The activity oriented session supported by VSEC student Volunteers, facilitated the participants to get involved into creative thinking.  The children enthusiastically participated throughout the session. Around 25 students from the village attended the session.
